The Ganotherapy Difference
With the holidays upon us, this seems like a good time to talk about the Ganotherapy difference and how Ganoderma might help you combat the effect of too many rich foods and perhaps eating and drinking to excess.
When one is at a party, it's hard to resist the temptation of so many delicious dishes, sweets and alcoholic beverages. After all, the winter holidays only roll around once a year and who wants to be a Grinch or a Scrooge; refusing to join in the general merriment?
While you don't want to opt out of the festivities altogether, do try to limit your overindulgence as much as possible.
Why?
Binge eating and/or drinking throughout the holiday season can have some harmful repercussions.
Some of the results of over eating or drinking, such as having a deleterious effect on your general health, are easily understandable. Many of the foods so popular during the holiday season are acidic in nature, which is harmful in and of itself. Your body needs a more alkaline pH level to combat disease and eating too many foods that causes a state of acidosis is bad for you all the way around.
So, by the time Santa Claus has headed back to the North Pole and you have ushered in the New Year with a round of parties where you ate too much and maybe enjoyed just a bit too much of holiday spirits such as mixed drinks, eggnog, wine and other beverages....your body might be in an acidic state and therefor susceptible to disease.
Using Ganoderma might make a difference in your health before, during and after the holidays!
Because it is widely considered to be the most alkaline food in existence, Ganoderma may help to keep your body in a state of optimal alkalinity. This helps to ward off disease that can be brought on by eating or drinking things that are too acidic.
Ganotherapy isn't just a flash in the pan, or something you do only after you have bombarded your system with too many unhealthy and acidic foods and beverages.
Ganotherapy is a way of life.
It's a way of living that embraces the concept of good health and overall wellness; that may help your body stay in tip top, glowing good health so that you have energy to burn and a zest for enjoying life the way it should be lived!
So, enjoy the holidays and by all means, indulge yourself a bit and eat some of the yummy treats that are so plentiful at this time of the year. But, use Ganotherapy to possibly offset the ill effects of your holiday binges so that you don't have to sacrifice your good health for a good time!
